For example, if `[LR-frame-1, LR-frame-2, LR-frame-3, ..., LR-frame-100]` is the sequence of low-resolution frames to be upscaled, the Key-Frame-based Video Super-Resolution (K = 15) model is also provided with the high-resolution frames `[HR-frame-1, HR-frame-16, ..., HR-frame-91]` .
