Tunable neural networks are quantum circuits made of multi-controlled X gates. By tuning the set of controls these circuits are able to approximate any Boolean functions. This architecture is particularly suited to be used in the QPAC-learning framework as it can handle the superposition produced by the oracle. In order to tune the network so that it can approximate a target concept, we have devised and implemented an algorithm based on amplitude amplification. The numerical results show that this approach can efficiently learn concepts from a simple class.","url_abs":"https://arxiv.org/abs/2205.01514v4","url_pdf":"https://arxiv.org/pdf/2205.01514v4.pdf","source":{"archive":"pwc-archive (Hugging Face), CC BY-SA 4.0","snapshot":"2025-07-28","licence_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode","row_kind":"abstracts"},"code_links":[{"paper_slug":"tunable-quantum-neural-networks-in-the-qpac","repo_url":"https://github.com/vietphamngoc/qpac","is_official":1,"mentioned_in_paper":1,"mentioned_in_github":1,"framework":"none","reach":null}],"tasks":[],"methods":[],"datasets_introduced":[],"methods_introduced":[],"results":[],"syntology":{"syntology_url":null,"atlas_url":null,"mcp":null,"developers":"https://syntology.ai/developers"},"arxiv_metadata":null,"syntology_extracted_results":null}
