Developing a\ndeep learning system is arduous and complex, as it involves constructing neural\nnetwork architectures, managing training/trained models, tuning optimization\nprocess, preprocessing and organizing data, etc. TensorLayer is a versatile\nPython library that aims at helping researchers and engineers efficiently\ndevelop deep learning systems. It offers rich abstractions for neural networks,\nmodel and data management, and parallel workflow mechanism. While boosting\nefficiency, TensorLayer maintains both performance and scalability. TensorLayer\nwas released in September 2016 on GitHub, and has helped people from academia\nand industry develop real-world applications of deep learning.","url_abs":"http://arxiv.org/abs/1707.08551v3","url_pdf":"http://arxiv.org/pdf/1707.08551v3.pdf","source":{"archive":"pwc-archive (Hugging Face), CC BY-SA 4.0","snapshot":"2025-07-28","licence_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode","row_kind":"abstracts"},"code_links":[{"paper_slug":"tensorlayer-a-versatile-library-for-efficient","repo_url":"https://github.com/akaraspt/tl_paper","is_official":1,"mentioned_in_paper":1,"mentioned_in_github":0,"framework":"tf","reach":null},{"paper_slug":"tensorlayer-a-versatile-library-for-efficient","repo_url":"https://github.com/zsdonghao/tensorlayer","is_official":1,"mentioned_in_paper":1,"mentioned_in_github":0,"framework":"tf","reach":null}],"tasks":[{"task_slug":"deep-learning","task_name":"Deep Learning"},{"task_slug":"management","task_name":"Management"}],"methods":[],"datasets_introduced":[],"methods_introduced":[],"results":[],"syntology":{"atlas_url":null,"mcp":null,"developers":"https://syntology.ai/developers"},"arxiv_metadata":null,"syntology_extracted_results":null}
