The formulae are derived on the up-to-date p-p interaction model by [Kamae05] which incorporates the logarithmically rising inelastic cross-section, the diffraction dissociation process, and the Feynman scaling violation. To improve fidelity to experimental data in lower energies, two baryon resonance contributions have been added: one representing Delta(1232) and the other multiple resonances around 1600MeV/c^2. The parametrized formulae predict that all secondary particle spectra be harder by about 0.05 in power-law indices than that of the incident proton and their inclusive cross-sections be larger than those predicted by p-p interaction models based on the Feynman scaling.","url_abs":"https://arxiv.org/abs/astro-ph/0605581v3","url_pdf":"https://arxiv.org/pdf/astro-ph/0605581v3.pdf","source":{"archive":"pwc-archive (Hugging Face), CC BY-SA 4.0","snapshot":"2025-07-28","licence_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode","row_kind":"links_only","authors_date_abstract":"arXiv metadata, CC0 1.0 (https://info.arxiv.org/help/license), from the Kaggle arXiv metadata snapshot of 2026-09-12"},"code_links":[{"paper_slug":"parameterization-of-gamma-e-and-neutrino","repo_url":"https://github.com/cosmicrays/DRAGON","is_official":0,"mentioned_in_paper":0,"mentioned_in_github":1,"framework":"none","reach":null},{"paper_slug":"parameterization-of-gamma-e-and-neutrino","repo_url":"https://github.com/cosmicrays/DRAGON2-Beta_version","is_official":0,"mentioned_in_paper":0,"mentioned_in_github":1,"framework":"none","reach":{"status":"ok","spdx":"GPL-2.0"}}],"tasks":[],"methods":[],"datasets_introduced":[],"methods_introduced":[],"results":[],"syntology":{"syntology_url":null,"atlas_url":null,"mcp":null,"developers":"https://syntology.ai/developers"},"arxiv_metadata":null,"syntology_extracted_results":null}
