Our aim is to address the lack of robustness predicted for the mutant cyanobacteria without transcriptional regulation of the original model. For this, we rely on an in vitro model of the clock describing explicitly the hexameric structure of the core protein of the clock. Our model is able to reproduce oscillatory behavior for the mutant, as observed experimentally, without finely tuned parameters.","url_abs":"https://arxiv.org/abs/2204.03950v1","url_pdf":"https://arxiv.org/pdf/2204.03950v1.pdf","source":{"archive":"pwc-archive (Hugging Face), CC BY-SA 4.0","snapshot":"2025-07-28","licence_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode","row_kind":"abstracts"},"code_links":[{"paper_slug":"on-the-robustness-of-the-in-vivo","repo_url":"https://github.com/sophiedeb/cyano_clock_models","is_official":1,"mentioned_in_paper":1,"mentioned_in_github":1,"framework":"none","reach":null}],"tasks":[],"methods":[],"datasets_introduced":[],"methods_introduced":[],"results":[],"syntology":{"atlas_url":null,"mcp":null,"developers":"https://syntology.ai/developers"},"arxiv_metadata":null,"syntology_extracted_results":null}
