Smith"],"abstract":"We present a new, efficient frame-semantic parser that labels semantic\narguments to FrameNet predicates. Built using an extension to the segmental RNN\nthat emphasizes recall, our basic system achieves competitive performance\nwithout any calls to a syntactic parser.
