In this paper, we extend this result significantly. We provide a proof that this emergence does not depend on the neural tangent kernel limit at all. We also consider stochastic settings, and furthermore general architectures. For the latter, we provide a simple sufficient condition on the relation between the architecture and the action of the group for our results to hold. We validate our findings through simple numeric experiments.","url_abs":"https://arxiv.org/abs/2410.01452v1","url_pdf":"https://arxiv.org/pdf/2410.01452v1.pdf","source":{"archive":"pwc-archive (Hugging Face), CC BY-SA 4.0","snapshot":"2025-07-28","licence_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode","row_kind":"abstracts"},"code_links":[{"paper_slug":"ensembles-provably-learn-equivariance-through","repo_url":"https://github.com/onordenfors/ensemble_experiment","is_official":1,"mentioned_in_paper":1,"mentioned_in_github":1,"framework":"pytorch","reach":null}],"tasks":[{"task_slug":"data-augmentation","task_name":"Data Augmentation"}],"methods":[],"datasets_introduced":[],"methods_introduced":[],"results":[],"syntology":{"atlas_url":null,"mcp":null,"developers":"https://syntology.ai/developers"},"arxiv_metadata":null,"syntology_extracted_results":null}
