Out-of-sample cluster labels can be inferred, and the technique generalizes well on real data sets. We describe the algorithm and provide case studies using the Iris and MNIST data sets, as well as real social media site data from Instagram. This is a proof of concept and sets the stage for further in-depth theoretical analysis.","url_abs":"https://arxiv.org/abs/2010.13682v2","url_pdf":"https://arxiv.org/pdf/2010.13682v2.pdf","source":{"archive":"pwc-archive (Hugging Face), CC BY-SA 4.0","snapshot":"2025-07-28","licence_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode","row_kind":"abstracts"},"code_links":[{"paper_slug":"data-segmentation-via-t-sne-dbscan-and-random","repo_url":"https://github.com/jefferythewind/tsne_dbscan_rf","is_official":1,"mentioned_in_paper":0,"mentioned_in_github":1,"framework":"none","reach":null}],"tasks":[],"methods":[],"datasets_introduced":[],"methods_introduced":[],"results":[],"syntology":{"syntology_url":null,"atlas_url":null,"mcp":null,"developers":"https://syntology.ai/developers"},"arxiv_metadata":null,"syntology_extracted_results":null}
