Garland","Carola F. Berger"],"abstract":"The increasing use of automated translation quality estimation (QE) systems calls for practical, decision-oriented methods for evaluating their performance. We propose that Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) analysis is a useful approach for this purpose.
