Rather than relying on time reversal of a noising process, a reference diffusion is forced towards the target distribution by an exponential change of measure. Compared to existing methodology, this approach readily generalises to the infinite-dimensional setting, hence offering greater flexibility in the diffusion model. The construction is derived rigorously under verifiable conditions, and bounds with respect to the target measure are established. We show that the forced process under the changed measure can be approximated by minimising a score-matching objective and validate our method on both synthetic and real data.","url_abs":"https://arxiv.org/abs/2602.06621","url_pdf":"https://arxiv.org/pdf/2602.06621","source":{"archive":null,"snapshot":"2025-07-28","note":"not in the Papers with Code archive (frozen at the snapshot)","row_kind":"graph","title_abstract_authors_date":"arXiv metadata, CC0 1.0 (https://info.arxiv.org/help/license)"},"code_links":[],"tasks":[],"methods":[],"datasets_introduced":[],"methods_introduced":[],"results":[],"syntology":{"syntology_url":null,"atlas_url":"https://app.syntology.ai/?focus=2602.06621","mcp":null,"developers":"https://syntology.ai/developers","read_at":"2026-09-24T18:15:14+00:00","read_at_is":"when the build read Syntology's graph, not when any sample ran","claim":"Per-sample execution status on synthesized fixtures; not a correctness claim about the paper.
