Consequently, high level fusion is on the rise. Presented here is a high level fusion scheme incorporating not only linear,but circular quantities as well. Monte Carlo experiments are used to verify our novel fusion operators that work as a weighted average for the Wrapped Normal and the von-Mises distribution. To further verify the new fusion operators, we implemented a full track level fusion scheme and tested it by fusing the measurements of two RADAR sensors.","url_abs":"https://arxiv.org/abs/2201.03267v1","url_pdf":"https://arxiv.org/pdf/2201.03267v1.pdf","source":{"archive":"pwc-archive (Hugging Face), CC BY-SA 4.0","snapshot":"2025-07-28","licence_url":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode","row_kind":"abstracts"},"code_links":[{"paper_slug":"a-high-level-track-fusion-scheme-for-circular","repo_url":"https://github.com/soerenkoh/circularfusionoperator","is_official":1,"mentioned_in_paper":1,"mentioned_in_github":0,"framework":"none","reach":null}],"tasks":[{"task_slug":"high","task_name":"Vocal Bursts Intensity Prediction"}],"methods":[],"datasets_introduced":[],"methods_introduced":[],"results":[],"syntology":{"syntology_url":null,"atlas_url":null,"mcp":null,"developers":"https://syntology.ai/developers"},"arxiv_metadata":null,"syntology_extracted_results":null}
